Welcome to 919bet. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the 919bet platform, including the website, the mobile app, and all related services — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, poker, crash games, and any other available products.

By registering or accessing any service at 919bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not create an account or use the platform's services.

To create an account and use the services of 919bet, you must meet all of the requirements below:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age complete as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002);
• Not be included on any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion list for betting platforms;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 919bet employee;
• Not be a resident or national of jurisdictions where such activity is expressly prohibited by local law.

Each individual may hold only an account at 919bet. Duplicate accounts under the same CPF will be closed without prior notice, and balances will be held until identity verification is complete.

By registering, you are responsible for:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and mobile number;
• Keep your password confidential. Never share it with anyone;
• Notify 919bet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Keep your account details up to date whenever there is a relevant change (address, phone number, email);
• Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process when requested, submitting documents such as a government-issued ID, CPF, and proof of address.

The 919bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

• Betting purpose: bets are finalized at the moment of confirmation. It is not possible to cancel a bet after it has been confirmed, except in cases expressly provided for in these rules;
• Official result: 919bet uses the result published by the event's governing body (CBF, UFC, etc.) as the basis for settlement. Subsequent protests or reviews do not affect the settled result;
• Postponed or canceled matches: if an event is postponed by more than 48 hours from its original scheduled time, bets will be cancelled and the amounts returned to the user's balance;
• Live Odds: 919bet reserves the right to suspend or adjust live odds at any time during a match in the event of unexpected occurrences or technical issues with the data feed;
• Parlay bets: the minimum stake per selection in a parlay bet is R$ 1.00 and the maximum number of selections per ticket is 20 events;
• Betting limits: each market has a maximum bet limit that may vary depending on the event and the account profile. Higher limits are granted to VIP users.

919bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical failure. In such cases, the staked amounts will be fully refunded to the user's balance.

The casino games available at 919bet — including slots, live casino with Portuguese-speaking dealers, poker, crash games (such as Aviator), and roulette — are provided by internationally certified and audited providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, and Microgaming.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00;
• Minimum deposit to activate the bonus: R$ 20.00 via Pix, boleto, or card;
• Rollover requirement: 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Rollover deadline: 30 days from the deposit date;
• The bonus is valid for both Sports Betting (Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, MMA, etc.) and casino games and Slots;
• Cancelled, voided, or cash-out bets, or bets placed at odds below 1.50, do not count toward the rollover.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each user is entitled to receive each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated;
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is considered abuse and will result in a permanent ban;
• 919bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abusive behavior is detected, such as betting on opposing outcomes to artificially fulfill the rollover requirement;
• Free spins awarded as a bonus have their winnings credited as bonus balance with a 1x rollover, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

The 919bet accepts the following payment methods, all exclusively in BRL:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with instant processing (primary method);
• Bank slip — processed within up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard, immediate processing;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — instant processing;

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: R$ 20.00;
• The balance is credited automatically once payment is confirmed;

By using 919bet, the user agrees not to:

• Creating more than one account, even under a different name, email, or CPF;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with the platform's operation;
• Attempting to exploit odds errors, bugs, or technical system failures;
• Sharing the account with third parties or granting access for someone else to use;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity on the platform;
• Using promotions and bonuses in coordination with other users to manipulate the system (systematic bonus abusing or arbing);
• Betting on sporting events in which you or anyone close to you holds insider information (match fixing).

Violating any of these points will result in immediate account suspension or closure, cancellation of the bonus balance, and, where applicable, withholding of the real balance pending investigation. Fraud or money laundering cases will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.

If no agreement is reached, the parties elect the Central Court of the District of São Paulo/SP as the competent venue to settle any disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
